Flow and Yin
This week’s class will be split into two parts. The first part of the class will be an energising, but gentle flow – using movement to start to stretch, getting the blood flowing to aid recovery and pep you up. In the second part we will work on the floor to release through the quads, hammies, hips and lower back – this will include some yin postures to get a really deep release in those areas that hold a lot of tension and tightness.
