As an Easter Monday Special, with so many big races coming up it seems like the perfect time to get your body prepped and ready to go.

There’s nothing worse than that feeling leading up to a big event and having those phantom niggles set in when you are just trying to relax and have an easy week to get ready.

Our Easter Monday class is going to focus on getting everything loosened up and give a sense of space in the joints and some relief from built up tension and tightness.  We will focus on releasing and opening up the shoulders, lengthening through the back, mobilising the hips and stretching out the legs.

Whether you are embarking on a big race the following weekend or not, it will be a lovely relaxing class and a chance to just stretch out.
