Fortnightly Classes in Otley – Wednesday Evenings – 7:45 to 8:45pm
Starting April 2019
Throughout the Spring/Summer we are switching to fortnightly classes. Each class will include a mix of strengthening, balance, stability and alignment work alongside alleviating tension, tightness and inflexibility. Things can get a bit crazy with the volume of races during the week and at the weekends, so it is even more important to take a bit of time to look after yourself.
Although the classes are designed with runners in mind, they are suitable and beneficial to anyone.
The first two classes will be on the 3rd April and 17th April.
