Release and Recovery
This week we will slow things down. We demand so much from our bodies sometimes we need let them relax. We will take time to move slowly to release tension and include stillness – holding postures for longer to target connective tissues, joints and fascia, as well as lengthening tight muscles.
During the first half of the class we will target the shoulders and back and in the second part we will turn our attention to the hips, legs and glutes.
