Flow Class
Using movement to release tension and tightness while building stamina
The class this week will begin with gentle mobilisation to ease into the joints. Then, we will move into a heat building flow for strength, stamina and release. Finally, we will wind down with a more relaxing flowing sequence to work a little deeper to tackle tension in the muscles and eliminate toxins from the body to aid recovery.
