Monday Class – 4.3.19

Strengthen and lengthen – Whole Body Class

After a few weeks of focussed session we are going to check in with the whole body this week.  Working head-to-toe we will move through postures to build strength and stability as well as finding length and space in the muscles and joints.

Although we often think of strength and flexibility as separate things.  This week we will take time to focus on engaging and working into the stabilising muscles as we stretch/release.
