Monday Class – 18.2.19

HIPS

Our hips need a lot of work to keep them strong, stable and mobile.  In this week’s class we will gently loosen through and open up the hip joints, then work to address tightness through the hip flexors and glutes.

We will use gentle movement, stretching, strengthening and deep tension release to keep the hips healthy and reduce the risk of injury from imbalance in the hip area.
