Monday Class – 11.2.19

Quads, Hammies & Calves

This week we will give our legs some much needed care and attention. Starting by gently stretch out, then moving into a flow focusing on releasing tightness in the leg muscles and stimulating blood flow. Next we’ll move into postures to build strength and improve balance.  Finally, we will stretch out more deeply to lengthen the quads, hammies and calves.
