Monday Class – 4.2.19

Recovery … and relax

After a jam packed racing weekend I think we are in need of some much needed recovery and relaxation.

This class will focus on soothing tired, tight muscles that have taken a battering and need a bit of help to lengthen out and release.  To do this we will use gentle movement between postures to stimulate blood flow and aid recovery, before we move on to holding postures to address very tight, stiff muscles.

Even if you didn’t venture out over the moors or pack in hard mile, this is a great class to relax, release and unwind.
