There will be no Thursday class on 21.6.18, but we will be back as usual the following week on 28.6.18
Class Info for Thursday 28.6.18
The class will focus on recovery and tension release. We will start at the top and work down – teasing out the tension as we go – with greater emphasis on releasing tension in the back, hips and legs.
It will be a gentle class, so as well as de-stressing the muscles, it should also help you relax and unwind.
