Thursday class – 14/6/18 – Core & Glutes

This class will focus on core and glutes.

We will start with a more general mobilisation to release tension in the muscles and joints.  The main focus will then be on building strength in the core and glutes – it will be a strenuous class, but also very beneficial – great for posture, supporting the spine and good running form.

The class will be in the main hall/building this week instead of the conference room
