We have a great group attending the Thursday class – A month in they are definitely starting to feel the benefits.
It would be brilliant to have a few more regulars attending. If you’re interested sign-up and come along. We just hire the space – you don’t need to be a member to come to the class.

Focus: Strength/endurance and opening up/making space.
The class will be split in half for this session – it will begin with dynamic continuous movement between postures to build strength, endurance and heat while opening up and stretching out. The second half of the class will focus on stretching out and trying to make space in the joints and lengthen the body
