Bank Holiday – Building Strength

Class details – Monday 7th May

Yoga isn’t just about flexibility – it also makes you stronger.

This class will focus on strengthening and conditioning the whole body (shoulders, arms, core, glutes and legs).  It will combine movement and holding postures to give you a good workout.

It will be a strenuous class in parts, but there will be plenty of options to modify if needed
