All about the legs! – Mon 30/4/18

The focus of the class on Monday 30.4.18 will be: Legs, feet and ankles.

We will target the tight spots and stretch them out and find the weak spots and strengthen them up. There will also be a bit of work around balance too.

The class will be a nice mix working to build strength and gentle/relaxing to give those tired legs a bit of TLC.
